Collection: JUAN MAYÍ

Born on April 23, 1963 in San Francisco de Macoris, Dominican Republic. He studied at the National School of Fine Arts, and then at the Higher School of Fine Arts in Paris, France. During his stay there he won the Golden Palette at the Cagnes-Sur-Mer International Festival and upon returning to his homeland he won four awards at three National Visual Arts Biennials, until he won the Grand Prize at the XXIV Visual Arts Biennial in 2005.
